Μείωση της ποσότητας αυτής θα περιορίσει σημαντικά το επίπεδο προστασίας. Αποφύγετε την έκθεση στον ήλιο κατά τις μεσημεριανές ώρες (11π.μ – 4 μ.μ). Η υπερβολική έκθεση στον ήλιο, ακόμη και με τη χρήση αντηλιακού, αποτελεί σοβαρή απειλή για την υγεία. Τα αντηλιακά προϊόντα δεν παρέχουν 100% προστασία από τη UV ακτινοβολία.
