Εφαρμόστε ομοιόμορφα άφθονη ποσότητα σε όλο το σώμα, πριν από την έκθεση στον ήλιο και επαναλάβετε τακτικά, ειδικά μετά το κολύμπι, το σκούπισμα και την εφίδρωση. Μείωση της ποσότητας αυτής θα περιορίσει σημαντικά το επίπεδο προστασίας. Αποφύγετε την έκθεση στον ήλιο κατά τις μεσημεριανές ώρες (11π.μ – 4 μ.μ). Η υπερβολική έκθεση στον ήλιο, ακόμη και με τη χρήση αντηλιακού, αποτελεί σοβαρή απειλή για την υγεία. Τα αντηλιακά προϊόντα δεν παρέχουν 100% προστασία από τη UV ακτινοβολία. Τα βρέφη και τα μικρά παιδιά, δεν πρέπει να εκτίθενται στον ήλιο. Προστατευθείτε, φορώντας καπέλο, μπλουζάκι και γυαλιά ηλίου.
